As an RYT-200 yoga teacher and practitioner of 15 years, Tara operates from a grounded, spiritual center and has spent her career building operational systems from the ground up. She has created infrastructure for billion-dollar companies, non-profits, and extremely regulated professions. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Political Management with a concentration in Grassroots Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement.
Tara is a former educator and community builder, having trained more than 10,000 individuals across countless organizations how to implement strategic plans in alignment with operational goals and regulatory mandates. She is a values-led leader & collaborator, trusted advisor, and has more than 20 years of experience conducting risk-based analyses to inform high-level decision-making.
